I have posted to the QT forum before about this, and have done again today.
The problem there is not QT but the times the data suppliers put on their
feeds.
But I cannot see why QT cannot output to a "standard" time

I have emailed the Author of QT about NOT using EST base.
Best bet is to email QT and explain the problem,
Perhaps if enough people let em know how painfull ETS is - It will change.
