[amibroker] QT plugin times

Now that the <span
  lang=EN-AU >US<span
lang=EN-AU > has gone to daylight saving the times of
the QT output have shifted 1 hour. This now puts the charts prior to today at
one difference to current times. Can someone advise me how to fix the time
problem I have to make the market times consistent?
