Fred:  the notes at the reference are somewhat out of date, for example,
an error message is supplied if there is a syntax or other error in the
called routine.

I suppose that the fact that the include is cached is why I have to
restart AB to get changes to take effect.

This would be an improvement area for sometime in the future.
