I think it is not correct.
AB always codes date in the way described in HELP re datenum. The same day is
just FORMATED in Windows and other operating systems differently using user's
settings.
so 1021202 always means December 2, 2002 but in some countries is presented as
2002-12-02, in others 12/02/2002 or 2/12/2002 etc... Despite that you can
also set your own preferred format for date in operating system.
