Try this: more recent dates....
x=ValueWhen(DateNum()==1030303,Cum(1));
y=ValueWhen(x+15==Cum(1),DateTime());
Filter=1;
AddColumn(x,"x",1);
AddColumn(y,"y",formatDateTime);
