  No
  clue Bob. I created a new DB, pointed it at QP and as you can see,
  Nada.....

  <<<FONT

  msgs in Feb, I did nada!
  For kicks,
  I just opened
  a new database and got the identical assignments:
  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>----
  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>Bev-nonAlc
  !ID064
  Food
  confect         EMPTY -- should be
  !ID065
  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>Food-Dairy
  !ID065  -- should be !ID066
  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>----
  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>----
  <FONT
color=#0000ff>---
  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>
  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>Util-Water               !ID197
  --should be !ID198

  <FONT
  color=#0000ff>-----
  Your "<FONT
  size=2>none of the QP indexes are assigned to the RS in symbols
  categories"  therefore seems strange.
  Would be interested to
  see what happens if you open a new database.

    <SPAN
    class=410070215-24032003>Bob,
    On
    my system none of the QP indexes are assigned to the RS in symbols
    categories all though all my sector assignments are (I think) correct. Are
    you saying that on your system all (most) of the industries have assigned a
    QP index and they are incorrect? If so do you recall how you accomplished
    this? In the help file there is a section called working with sector and
    industries. It talks about where this info is stored and sounds like it can
    be edited in notepad. Perhaps that tutorial can help
    you......

    I know that, Jason,
    since I once
    helped with your QP assignment
    problem.

    that, l<SPAN

    checked, all but 65 of the 199 indices  would have to be moved down by

      I've reported
      before that the built-in Relative Strength indicator gets confused finding
      the correct Quotes Plus Industry -- see the gif.

      Could those who
      get the correct value [!ID077 in this case] please raise their
