QT imports its data into the database you specify. In a database the most
recent data will overwrite any existing data in there. So in other words QT
data was imported to AB and overwrote the exising data where the times would
coincide.
The only method to stop this is to create a separate intraday database and
have this import the QT data. You EOD database will then not be affected.
You can run more than one occurrence of AB at a time, this is what I do
during the day. I have the ID and the EOD open in separate AB instances. I
get no problems with data.
I believe it is recommended that the ID data be in separate databse for AAB
anyway, there has been other discussions on this not too long ago.

If your using Intraday - No problems.
But for those using EOD AB - And like to have QT plugin running for
RealTime Window, Alerts etc.
In the screenshots, you see the data for the dates of BOTH 20 & 21 have
been overwritten with QT plugin. (Check the close price especialy).
Also - For some reason - Unknown to me - The data for the 20th is
overwritten as well. (With 21st date data!).
