Can someone tell me if ApplyStop conditions are used when doing an
optimization? It seems like a basic assumption that they would be but I
hesitate to take anything for granted.
If the answer is yes, then are they executed immediately if the check
box in settings is set to exit immediately?
A quick search did not reveal the answer.
Any comments?
