[amibroker] looking for dll file creator (programmer)

hi,
i'm looking for a programmer who is writing program on
c++ or visual basic.

i need a dll type file for metastock which is able to;

-meta stock will get it from ''get external function
dll file''.
-the dll file will not work after a number of use.

if anyone can do that, please write me the cost for
it.
