to beat what you have Ara........ I used Mcaffee in the past. My son in law is 
in the Air force and they use Norton.when I had a problem a while back he 
suggested I try Norton. Norton found several active viruses that Mcafee had 
missed. As for tech support, I agree but AB not with standing have you 
ever been pleased with tech support? :))

I am currently using Norton Antivirus .... which 
has its peculiarities .. to say the least.... and getting to tech support 
is a real hassle..
 
Anyone happy with another antivirus program ... 
must be easy to update virus definitions..
