Try writeIf();


VM = (V-V%1000000)/1000000;  // volume millions part
VT = V%1000000/1000;   // volume thousands part
VH = V%1000;  // volume hundreds part

Title = "Volume " + WriteVal(VM,1.0) + "," + WriteVal(VT,1.0) + ","
+WriteIf(VH==0, "000", WriteVal(VH,1.0));
