"Plot(C,"",colorBlack,styleCandle);"

By placing this plot statement first in the series of plot statements,
makes this plot take precedance over each succeeding plot statement.
Thereby, placing it on top...

Also, this plot color is only controlling the outline of the
candles..not the specific colors for up and down candles..that is why
your colors remain the same...
