Thanks I will give it a try.
I kept the zero volumes after checking the data downloaded with the QT plugin
and saw that some entries did have zero volume so I kept mine in.

sorting your Excel file and removing the zero volume periods and redo.

Unfortunately I still cannot do it.
I am just using the EOD version for Rt at this
stage. Could this have
something to do with not being able to import
intraday data?

I imported the following format succesfully.
AEX,20021216,09:07,321.99,322.25,321.99,322.19
AEX,20021216,09:08,322.12,322.12,321.95,322.11
AEX,20021216,09:09,322.01,322.25,322.01,322.12
Don't forget to adjust the database settings to
the Base time
interval corresponding with your data.
File-Database Settings-Base time interval: 5
minute.
