I don't like to make it too complicate for you how you can make magic 
appear so i send this DEFAULT-start.ALY and
1)put it in amibroker/layouts folder
2)right mouse click  template/load

for the second Q i think is better to put in open interest  "I"  your 
counter so u don't lose... your mind .....
