I believe it is saving each ticker in case you have drawn a study on
each chart. I click cancel if I have not drawn any studies. If I have
drawn a couple, I try to do it when the stock is the only one I have
loaded, or part of a smaller watchlist.

Subject: [amibroker] Extremely lengthy shutdown process

When I shut down AB, it takes 15 to 30 minutes to close. During this
time it seems to access every stock's data through the QP plug-in,
displaying messages about how many bars it has accessed.

I don't see why AB would have to re-access the whole history from QP
for each stock on each shutdown. Since I update daily, it seems like
only the last bar would be new, and therefore only this last bar
should need to be added to the AB database, which doesn't seem like
it would take that long since AB is so fast.

Often, having to wait for up to a half hour for it to finish is very
inconvenient.

Anybody know what may cause this behavior and whether or not I can
configure in such a way as to eliminate this wait?
