Microsoft strikes again!!
If you use the search function in help for either 'include' or '#include' a
message box pops up to say "Help cannot search for that phrase" (Win98se).
All is not lost though, it's entry 1. in the alphabetical list of functions in
the 4.2 help. Just click the "AFL" button in the toolbar.
