I have compared on daily chart
WeekPrice = TwC();
Plot(C,"",1,64);
Plot( TwEMA (WeekPrice,10) ,"",colorRed,1);
with on weekly data
Plot(C,"",1,64);
Plot( EMA(C,10) ,"",colorWhite,1);
that seems OK
