That's the CCT LinRegOscillator. Why not go to his Web site, where
he has a page that describes most of his oscillators? The URL is

I don't remember that the Forecast Oscillator is one of Steve's creations.
It's built into Metastock. Their typically obtuse help file describes it
better than it does most things:
"The Forecast Oscillator is an extension of the linear regression based
indicators made popular by Tushar Chande. The Forecast Oscillator
plots the percentage difference between the forecast price (generated
by an x-period linear regression line) and the actual price."
