RT Fixup Hint

All RT users:

If you get a situation where you are missing some bars or days, and have
opened the plugin window and right clicked Fixup--and nothing happened, here
is what to do. Just click Viw>Refresh after clicking Fixup. Tomasz helped
me with this little step after all other things I had tried had failed to
fill in some missing bars. This is especially important step if you have
more than 60 days of data saved and do not want to lose that.
