I'm using AB 4.06.1 Beta and the Simulator 1.13 with intraday data...it is
working...

Yes the Simulator supports both intraday and EOD data. Up until now there
has been no problem paying back intraday. Please let me know if those
instructions by Tomasz still does not fix your problem.

Have you both downloaded the latest version, which is 1.13 ?
