The following syntax would have worked as well. (Without the brackets)
Dim Amibroker As Object
Set Amibroker = CreateObject("Broker.Application")
Amibroker.Import 0, "c:\ausgabe.txt", "standart.format"
Amibroker.RefreshAll
Set Amibroker = Nothing
