Maybe you have other settings in 
Amiquote.
 
Look under settings if overwrite existing files 
(AQH) is enabled. If yes, download the completly history again.
This must work. 
On such problems it is mostly usefull to check the 
downloaded .aqh files.
Tell me, if it doesn't work.
