Arrows - how to place them?

Hello,

I read in the Help that "...Commentary buy/sell arrows are refreshed when
switching from one stock to another .." so it appears we can place arrows
from other places than the AA. But I can't figure out how to do these
things:

1) place arrow from a commentary
2) place arrow from a interpretation
3) put arrows on indicators in non-price charts
4) delete arrows
