Looking for the same formation in ^IXIC we have the NDX2.gif.
Although I use percentage low as per=3, point A is not yet recognized as a local peak.
Indeed, High(A)=1832.01 and LastValue(H)=1779.18 . Point A would be recognized as a peak for 
High values below 1832.01-3%=1777.04 !!
This is to underline the cautious use of zig, peak, trough and related functions.

Sometimes we do not want the possible verification of theory.
^NDX has formatted a descending triangle which seems to warn
for a -250 units below the 1320 support [after a probable breakout]
I really dont like it.
