Hello,
There are actualy 4 registered users from Los Angeles city.
There are 80 users from California state.
Your first problem is due to the fact that TRIAL version does
not save changes. So you won't be able to save quotes retrieved
between runs. Once you register all changes and quote updates will be saved.
