If you are coding DLLs for your own use you can forget about
it.
But if you want to distribute to other people and want them to
see Certified: YES
then you may ask me to issue the certification. The
certification basically
means that your DLL was checked in my testiing environment
that it does not produce crashes.
If you are just a person willing to share with your work I can
do this for free for you,
but please note that I am really busy and this is not urgent
stuff so you may need to wait
some time.
