Nand,

Initially the version comes with 30 empty symbols but after
connection to eSignal servers is established the charts
will be populated with data.

Upgrade installation is OK.

You should only check if the software is able to connect.
To check the connection click on the eSignal plugin window
(on the task bar next to the AmiBroker) and you should see:
Connection Stream/Tick/Hist: OK/OK/OK.
If if says anything different then this means you don't have
connection working.

The most often problem is improperly configured firewall or
invalid user/password for eSignal. Although AmiBroker tries
to read you eSignal settings on start to automatically set up
user/password and proxy settings something may went wrong.

Check File->Database Settings click on "Configure".
