arter written the forecastrsi, I was surprising by the similarities
between the forecast rsi at level 50 and the ema 27
so I plotted the two buy signals below,
MaxGraph=14;

C1=Cross(RSI(14),50);
C2=Cross(C,EMA(C,27));
Plot( C1 *10 ,"",5,1);
Plot( C2 *10 ,"",7,1);
NO DIFFERENCES !!!
perhaps because the wilders (n)= ema( 2*n-1)
