Al,

John is correct - in AA window you have 3 choices:
- show raw signals (as Commentary window)
- show arrows for actual trades (shows all arrows for actual trades including any delays and stops set in the settings)
- show single trade arrows (shows arrows for single selected trade including any delays and stops set in the settings

The intention of this is that commentary and scan mode is used to find signals during the day or
after EOD update. If you see the arrow or buy/sell signal in scan you can make an order for the next day
at open for example.
Now to simulate this case you would need to set delay = 1 in the backtester (signal occurs today but you trade tommorrow).
So with single formula you can search for signals and backtest.
