Future buy respect. sell signal
Even having an indicator that works to satisfaction a substantial
part of the profit can be lost in the difference between the price at
the buy signal and the actual buying price (say opening next day)
This can be improvd if starting from todays price the price could be
calculated at which a buy respect sell signal would have emerged.
Assume a simple trading model based on Stochastics by which buy
respect sell signals are provided when STK line crosses the STD line.
Can someone point me in the direction how to calculate starting from
todays price the pricelevel at which the STK line crosses the STD
line? This would than indicate the price at which the system will
provide a buy respt. Sell signal or ??????
