Hello,
Indeed storing volume of NDX and SPC requires counting it in 100's
or 1000's.
Someone else proposed switching to floating point number for storing
also the volume & open interest which seems to be the solution
for the future.
Please note that currently AmiBroker supports scaling the volume
during ASCII import using
$VOLFACTOR command.
Add $VOLFACTOR 0.01 to get volume imported in 100's
or $VOLFACTOR 0.001 to get volume imported in 1000's
at the end of appropriate format definition file.
(In case of AmiQuote these are aqh.format and aqd.format files
in the Formats folder)
Best regards,
Tomasz Janeczko
