here's the setup
Yearly High
-----------
indicator to identify when we have a yearly high : could be 6 mths
Darvas High - tries to identify new darvas highs
yearly high followed by 3 lower highs : creates the top of box
Darvas Low - tries to identify a possible darvas low.: signal the low of the box

The hardest part may well be the fact that there could be several days or weeks between each group
I have posted this info here in the hope that some of the code savvy users or TJ could come up with a formula encourage other uses to use Amibroker also :)
