MSN Money Central has an Excellent stock scanner

Very flexible predefined searches you can customize. Includes
group/sector information, extensive financial ratios list, management
changes, analyst ratings, a stock rating system and much more.
Has a "copy criteria to clipboard" feature, giving you a URL you can
add to your Internet browser Favorites list to re-run the scan. Or,
you can save the scans you create in the Scanner's list.
Has a "copy results to clipboard", edit to get just the ticker for
use in AmiQuote.
(Perhaps a very simple change could be made to AmiQuote, so it could
read the file without editing? It is a simple tab-delimited file,
with the ticker followed by whatever other values your scan uses.
Just disregard everything from the first tab to the end of line.)
