Absolutely wonderful idea. And just so I can bask in the warm glow of such
illustrious company (and who would I be to knock back the occasional scrap
of trading and investment advice tossed like gnawed bones to a lean dog here
and there) may I suggest Queensland, Australia as a perfect location for
such a community. Winter 25-28 deg days with sunny blue skies, 12-19 deg
nights, summer gets a bit warm with 35+ days with 98% humidity and 25+ deg
nights (but then that's why there's a swimming pool in the back yard), with
reefs, rainforests and waterfalls but a stones throw...
