New file uploaded to amibroker, Problem?

Hi, 
Just a note to state that either the download is not available at the
server site, or there is a crowd waiting in line for the dll. In either
case, for the last half hour the service has been non-operational. Is the
file there and ready -- for sure?  Just wanted you to know that I
have had no luck in getting a download.
