No, it's just the menu that disapeared, 
but
Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-A sequences 
work.

Hi Tj it would seem that cut and paste doesn't 
work any more in the afl and commentary windows ?
 
I hope its a over site and not a planneddesign 
as I cut and paste most of my codes
