Adding to a portfolio code-wise?

I was thinking that allowing a way for portfolios to be created and 
updated via a CSV file or even better by reading from something like 
QuoteTracker. I can of course read the CSV file and I think I can 
figure out the QuoteTracker format, but are there any AFL or Window 
Object Model ways to update the AmiBroker ports?
