Currently the chart are always scrolling back to the last value and I
don't think it's a behavior that most users want !

are right, in Commentary the function doesn't add any value because
every calculation is already done relative to one position, the
cursor position. The only reason to have in Commentary is for
consistency ! But it can add value to the Indicator Builder and the
AutoAnalyser..
