Hello,
To enable automatic import for funds using AmiQuote please
check "Funds" box in AmiQuote. There is a pre-written aqhfunds.format
file that handles mutual fund quotes.
As for the rest of the questions:
1. No you can not mix formats within single update.
2. & 3. You may consider having separate databases (workspaces) for stocks and
funds and switch between them using File->Open workspace/File->Save workspace, etc.

I am trying to use Amibroker for stocks and mutual funds and have
some questions. When I run auto-update the data gets down loaded from
Yahoo just fine but does not get imported into Amibroker.The format
of the fund data is different and I have built a format file for the
layout.
1. Is there a way to import multiple formats at the same time?
2. How do others mix funds and stocks?
3. Should I install second copy of AB for fund data?
