New user asks... how do I get a custom Ticker List to show up on the
data directory tree? I created several of them successfully and put
them alongside the other tls files in the AmiQuote directory, but I
haven't yet figured out how to access them in AmiBroker. The stocks
they contain go into the "All" directory but the individual list
(e.g., Nasdaq 100) doesn't show up on the tree.
