Use HighestSince, LowestSince, HighestSinceBars, 
LowestSinceBars.
 
As for ending point you may use a combination of 
the above functions
with ValueWhen:
 
ValueWhen( endbar, HighestSince( 
startbar, array ) )

I like to know if it's possible with AFL to calculate the 
highest/lowest value/bars on a specified time frame range.
For example calculate the highest value since sartBar but 
before endBar !
