'Arrange charts' question

Tomasz & all:

When I hit the 'Arrange charts' button, what command is sent to the
program regarding the window layout? Is there a way to customize
this command? i.e. top window gets 50 percent of available space,
bottom windows get the balance divided by the number of windows, or
some other configuration as desired
