I think that would do the trick,
 is there a way in the future for us to see 
the values of lines and indicators on a chart by moving the mouse over them, 
currently this shows price data o,l,h,c etc ?

Would it be enough if a trendline tool displayed 
the % change between start and end point?
If so, I can add it very quickly.

mentioned that you may create an tool that would caculate the % difference 
between 2 point on a chart , have you looked  into it anymore
