You have to use a screen capture program.  
There are many, but here perhaps the two most popular are SnagIt and 
HyperSnap.  You can find their URLs with a search.

Does anybody know of a way to store a AB chart 
as a picture (gif, bmp, jpeg or else) to implement the graph emails or
