Scans for Studies on RS Chart Panes

The following scan does not seem to be picking up the crossing of the 
relative strength comparative line (relstrength("")) above or below 
trendlines (study ID = RS) drawn on the relative strength chart pane 
(chartID = 10?). I've set the scan range to include enough days 
for known crossings. What am I doing wrong?

buy = cross(relstrength(""),study("RS",10));

sell = cross(study("RS",10),relstrength(""));
