Just a suggestion, since you probably do not have enough things to do :-).
It would be helpful to have a data format command like $Group for watch
lists.
e.g.,
command: $WATCHLIST - To define watch list name
arguments: <string> - Name of watch list, if watch list does not exist
then maybe it creates it.
