Version 3.65 Beta - Wheel Mouse

Hi TJ,

Wheel mouse support addition is very useful and seems to work fine in most
places.

Is it supposed to be able to scroll charts sideways? - this does not work
for me.
Does not work correctly in drop down ticker selection box (from toolbar).
