Hello,
You should use buyprice variable to assign different price for your buy order.
For example, if you want to buy at average price of open, high, low and close
you would write:
buyprice = ( O + H + L + C)/4;
Please check Tutorial: Back testing your trading ideas section of User's guide
for the details.
Best regards,

Subject: [amibroker] Back Testing w Calc Buy Price
Hello:
Newbie here, in the midst of a trial with amibroker. Can someone shed a little light on the following question?
In a Back Test, how does one employ a calculated buy price to be used in place of the buy-price options presented in the "Settings"
window?
Any help will be appreciated.
Jim
