Do other scripts work on your machine without problems?
Can you see a tiny window of URLGet showing up on the screen?

Please try Test.js file attached - this should display the message
"Testing JScript".

If this does not work - the scripting on your machine
is broken and you need to download and install it from Microsoft site:
http://www.microsoft.com/scripting/downloads/v55/other/scr55en.exe
