You can use Chart commentary and WriteVal() function for that purpose.
Please check out tutorial section of Users' guide for details on creation
of commentaries.

I assign the values to a column and work form there
what nice is the graph data afl is interchangeable with the explore data
so if i plot graph0=high
i also have column0=high
this way i can use the explore feature to get the value
and see how it graphs
in the same formula
